remove retry in callout script

Hi,

We only want to get 1 call, can anyone help me with removing the retry in the callout script ?

We want to call the person on duty once when he answer the phone and hangup afterwards, we don't want any retries even if he has not acknowledged the alert

  • Hey Bjarne,
    The callout script is initiated by an event, so the phone retry won't be in there. Instead I think what we need to do is in the Interaction script tell the system "deviceDelivered" regardless of whether or not they answered. I poked around one Interaction > notify script, but there is a bit of variation in these, so it is probably best if you can post your script or send it to me (tdepuy at xmatters . com) and we can see about getting this straightened out.

  • Bjarne sent me his scripts, but I blame the holidays, Vegas and getting sick for my lack of response. I've added some time to my calendar to review again later today. We'll post something when we have more info. Thanks for the tickler!
