activity updates only going to email

I've created a relevance engine and have set up activity updates on initiation of a form to go to myself - and to go to my email, android phone and sms. The form is working fine and notifications are going to all staff in the assigned group. However I only get the activity updates on my email. Is this a common issue? Are activity updates only sent to email?

    I just tested and I was able to get my activity updates via SMS. Android appeared to be sending me the same message as the core message... I opened a support ticket for that. However I am confused why you aren't seeing the SMS updates. Do you have the "Notify On" section filled out to notify on Initiation and Conclusion? If so, then you should send a quick note to support@xmatters.com and they will open a ticket for you.
