I want a query through which i can pull out the list of users from the database with the following information.
Authentication = LDAP and with first name , last name and their id .

I am wondering if your subject for this post lines up with your question. Can you confirm that you aren't looking to perform an LDAP query... you are looking for a query of xMatters to list all of the users have their authentication set to LDAP?

Hey Shubhi, thanks for clarifying. I coulda sworn I answered this, but maybe I just read it and dreamed about it...
Anyway, it looks like what you need is the "FindPersons" SOAP operation, to return all the users, then loop through each user returned to make a call to QueryUser SOAP operation and then inspect the webLogin field.
I might have some code laying around here... I'll see if I can dig it up and get back to you this week.
