Notification Stuck in Queue

Hello Team,

There are some notifications stuck in user queue in "Processing" state. These notifications were deleted from Alarmpoint. Where in when user gets a new notification, Alarmpoint says user have pending alert notification. Could you please help me in removing the alerts from User queue.

I have attached the snapshot of the Alarmpoint queue.
