Incident management can sometimes feel like your own adventure game. Whether you want to upgrade your stats to beat the next fearsome enemy or sharpen your team’s skills and level up your strategy, this release has a collection of powerful tools you’ll be excited to add to your quest inventory. Here’s a few of the new and improved features production instances are being equipped with for Ultima:  

  • Service classifications: Categorize your technical and application services into tiers so teams better understand the criticality of an incident.  
  • Repeat escalations: Define whether you want an escalation path to repeat if there is no response to ensure all critical notifications are acknowledged.  
  • Incident Attachments: Attach files to incidents (like action plans or runbooks) so resolvers can view or download additional information directly from the Incident Console.    
  • Repeating tasks: Create a task that repeats at specified intervals during an incident so nothing is missed during the incident response process. 
  • Updated mobile experience: Quickly access the information and tools you need while on the go with our refreshed mobile app menus.
