Seeking Guidance On How To Integrate Mulesoft With Xmatters?

Hey everyone,

I am currently working on a project where I need to integrate Mulesoft with xMatters for better incident management and workflow automation. I am somewhat familiar with both platforms individually, but when it comes to linking them together, I am not entirely sure where to start. 😅

I have been through these resources/articles https://help.xmatters.com/ondemand/userguide/roles/how-to-integrate.htm and what is mulesoft, however, they are quite useful but I wanted to learn more about the community members.

Has anyone here successfully done this integration before? I would love to hear about your experiences, any best practices, or potential challenges I should be aware of. Also, are there any specific resources or guides that you’d recommend for someone diving into this?
