Good afternoon. Recently made some changes to the user accounts and by extension my account so that the Twilio integration would work properly. The changes I had made were simple, setting the userID on xMatters to not include the email extension. In my mind I figured that there wouldn't be any issues but as it turns out this decision has caused me to be unable to get back into my xMatters account to disable SSO.
Any advice?
