Hey xMatters team and lurkers!
I am currently in the process from switching over Everbridge ITA to xMatters. One of the features that I cannot seem to replicate is the on-call notification process.
Below is one of our P1 resolver page outs for a team member. We can see that it was escalated to the same team member every 2 minutes.
Here is another P1 resolver notice that had the user attempted a number of times and then it escalates 
This is what I'm trying to do in xMatters without having to set the users devices individually. We'll have over 30 groups for our on-call teams. Which means at a minimum that's over 100 devices that would need to be modified.
You have the functionality that I want, I just need to drag that repeat escalation up. Or at least force 3 emails, phone calls, texts, mobile app notifications before moving to the next team member. 
I know in the sender overrides section there is that for the voice, but no settings for what I'm looking for.
