Country code missing for voice devices

Question

I am trying to configure a voice device and don't see the country code listed as one of the available options. What can I do?

Answer

By default, we provide the most common countries as options to choose from in the country code dropdown. If the one you're looking for is not there, it could be because that country is not configured in your xMatters instance.

You can contact your xMatters administrator to ensure the country is enabled for device and communication support. If your xMatters administrator requires assistance, they can log a support ticket.
