"Strange and mysterious forces" message at log on

Question 

When I log into xMatters, I see a message that talks about 'strange and mysterious forces' preventing access. Is this message serious, and what do I have to do so I can log on properly?

When you attempt to log into your xMatters account, we check to see if you're using the latest version of the product. If you aren't, we want to upgrade you quickly right away. We say 'strange and mysterious forces' because we're not totally sure what your browser is up to - but when you see that message it's likely because we're updating your experience or enriching the user interface behind the scenes. Restart your browser, or clear the cache as suggested and try logging in again.
