Question
I'm trying to help a user set up a mobile device. When I go to their profile, I don't see an option for the mobile app device type, but I see it on my own profile. Why is that?

Answer
Unlike most other device types, if a user wants to add a mobile device they need to add it from their own profile (it cannot be done on their behalf).
If you are a supervisor or admin, you can use the "log in as this user" function on the user's profile to add the mobile app device.
