When logging in via SSO, the login screen appears twice


When I authenticate against Office 365/Azure AD I'm redirected to my xMatters instance, but then prompted to log in again. Why is this happening?

The user is attempting to access xMatters using the wrong protocol (HTTP instead of HTTPS). When they log in via SSO/SAML, the redirect takes them automatically to the "https://..." version URL, which prompts them to sign in again.

Ensure that the user updates their bookmark or link so they are always accessing xMatters using HTTPS and this problem should be resolved.
