iOS mobile app: configuring custom sounds

On the iOS mobile app, how can I change the default sound for xMatters push notifications to a custom sound?

Answer

Here's how you can set a custom sound for xMatters push notifications:

1. Open the xMatters mobile app and tap More:
   
2. Tap Settings.
3. Select Edit Settings.
4. Tap Notification Settings.
5. Select Custom Sound and toggle the switch on:
   
   
6. Select a Sound and Priority.

Note: Currently, you can only set a single Priority level for custom sounds. Other priority notifications will use the default push notification sound on your device.
