I am not able to start the xmatters services after xm DB got migrated. Migration resulted in host name changes.
I tried steps from the below URL:

Hi Hardik, That sounds bad. What kinds of errors do you have in the xMHOME/logs directory? You also might check and make sure the DB is hittable from the xmatters box either with a sql client or a telnet call.
I would actually recommend opening a support ticket. Those guys can get you straightened out in better time.
